Who do I contact if my laptop is not working?
The University Computer Center offers all employees and students the opportunity to connect to the Friedrich Schiller University Jena network via WLAN/Eduroam or VPN using their own device. You can get support in the notebook consultation hours. You can also contact the notebook consultation hour with other problems.
It takes place Monday-Friday 5-8 p.m. in Ernst-Abbe-Platz 8, room 215. You can find all further information here:
